Hello Guys, I have some electric issues in duct heaters... As you see the upper contactor has been burnt ! although I used 60A & 6 AWG contactor per step , & the clamp-meter idicated to 38.7 A per step & 77A FLA ! i'm confused whats the prblem because the fuses are not burnt bu that means there is no overcurrent or short-circuit ! at the first stage the cables became so hot until be black from the contactors terminals (like the below contactor) ! after few days , they've been burnt as above contactor the image ! We have 10 units in this project, all of them are same situation
