We require a chat developed and able to integrate into MERN Stack Project. This chat must have a back-office manager with capacity to see all offline messages and save conversations in our database (Mongo db), also we need to make searchs inside the back-office. The chat must have multi-agent replies and a short welcome message. We should be able to send images, voice messages, and maps through the chat. The chat also needs to send notifications in both the back-office and by email. It should have the option to export conversations, recognize IP visitors and origin location. Last but not least, is really important to have an integration with Google Analytics.
