Write a program that: 1. scans a list of more than 200 million sites (the list provides the employer); 2. with a relevance 90% sorts all sites into 2 lists - list 1: the websites do not accept online payments with VISA, Mastercard, PayPal. - list 2: the websites accept online payments with VISA, Mastercard, PayPal. 4. instal the program on our server (the server is preparing the employer); 5. using the bot, get the results and transfer it to the EMPLOYER. Time limits: 15 days - write a program 30 days - scan 200 million sites by the program and display the result. How do we determine that the project is done correctly: From the list WITHOUT CARDS less than 20 from any 200 results should be with cards or PayPal From the list with CARDS less than 20 from any 200 results should be without cards or PayPal During operation, the program must not stop, do not stray. After receiving the payment, the script and instruction clear to the Customer in English must be given to the EMPLOYER. The search method for relevant sites should not be based on the search for words in the site content. The project will be awarded to a freelancer who can explain how to complete the project.
