My recent job profile was exactly the same as you described. I have served a US client for 3 years. There I used to handle the same department for eBay and Amazon.
I am very much aware of listing a product on eBay, updating HTML Descriptions, Buyer Messages, Order Processing, returns/cancellations/ refunds, Open Cases, Advertisements_ Ad%, SEO content writing and daily inventory updates and a lot more.
Not sure on how much are the tasks really going to take so I think it will be a malpractice to discuss about the Budget and the ETA at this moment. For the initial stage, as you are not experienced with my skills and potentials, I would love to serve my skills at a low cost. If you really find me fit for your position, you can have the budget increased as per your business growth.
