We have a simple email template that is sent out after a phone call. Data is currently being stored in DRUPAL/CiviCRM. In the template we will enter a list of custom items discussed with links to that content on the web. There are only 5 possible items that can be added to that list, but there could be any combination of those items. We currently use Mandrill but can use another solution if needed. Need is a way to create a way to triggering the email from our drupal site or separately via webform based on the custom entries (selection of those 5 items). Would like to have the ability to see what data was entered if using webform (database)
