I have a web application which uses membership authentication currently, and I would like to convert this to ASP.NET Identity authentication having OWIN as middleware and then implement two factor SMS based authentication using Twilio. The current code uses security layer which uses membership authentication having references all over the app, you should create a seamless conversion to remove/comment all the current references to membership auth and use identity based auth and make this app work with current users so you need to migrate the aspnet_users to new aspnetuser db etc. Once this is done, you should implement two factor sms based authentiation using Twilio. I have started working on it and finished converting most of the membership auth to identity but due to other work, I can not proceed with this task, so need to involve experience developer to join and finish the work. Budget for this task is $30 - $50. Any questions please ask.
