Each year AUSTSWIM hosts conferences across Australia and New Zealand and require designed artwork for each conference. Our ‘Soak It Up’ conference series commences in April 2018 and we are required to move on the below specs prior to the Christmas period for our first 2 conferences. We understand this is a tight timeline but are ready to go. Conferences- AUSTSWIM ‘Soak It Up’ 18 Series • 8 Brochures - all with similar layout and formatting • AUSTSWIM content will be forwarded to you 4 months prior to the event • We must receive the finished product within 4 weeks- ( printable version, online version) • Save the date Promo post cards, Web banners & Email Footers to be provided for all conferences by 23 November 2017 Conference Program 1. Creative design and layout draft 2. 2 set of changes for the brochures 3. File finalised 4. Check and package print files Supply 5. Provide reformatted file for online PDFs. 6. Flat fee for each brochure setup per conference dependent on page count 7. Extract details (AquaSummit element) from each brochure into single file - one page- Metro Conferences Only Logo A specific logo design for 8 conferences (All similar but slightly different- All different colour) -Provide all file types & Source file Certificate Templates For each Conference Easy for mail merge and in house printing. Session Notes Cover & Follow For each conference Editable Email Footers For all State Conferences- Individual Website Banner For all State Conferences- Individual Postcard Save the Date Social Media Post x2 for each conference ( Event header and post image) Facebook and Instagram.
