I need a programmer to take over an existing Delphi Project

We are a company that sells primarily hardware in Australia but we have some software also. The project is a suit of programs around Point of Sale that is focused at the hospitality industry. It is a strong POS with some, stock control, debtors, creditors purchase orders and a few additional programs for menu boards and reservations. It has been developed in eastern Europe for a long time, but we are looking for another person or company to maintain it, make small changes, and do bug fixes. It has had one programmer working on it for the last ten years, but arrangement has come to an end, so I am looking for a replacement person. Initially there are a number of bug fixes to be sorted. It will probably not continue at this rate but the last five years have seen about 40hrs per month, but I expect that to reduce considerably.
