GIS Application for identifying (Empty/Build up Plots) We need this software to mark (Empty/Build uplands) based on the satellite imagery. As per our requirement supplier need to perform the following task. Download and use the satellite imagery from any of the free to use sources available over Internet like Based on selected area in our case "Jeddah" city this program will input the GIS tagged image and output will be shaped file/Spatial geometry logged into PostgreSQL database, each shape identified via GIS image should contain information points for that area like 1) Empty Plots (geometry as a polygon) 2) Used Plots (geometry as a polygon) 3) Elevation/Height of Used Plots Final product will be an application to process the downloaded satellite imagery data into insights into spatial data to identify the location on the map as empty/used plot and in-case of use plot its height and structure size. The supplier needs to provide full source code and training on how to download imagery of the selected area and use the application systematically. Note:- Supplier should provide the training data for the complete system and minimum 80% accuracy of plots GIS prediction.
