I have been in the (BPO) Business Process Outsource/Customer Service Industry for almost 12 years. Being in this industry for so long had immersed me in working with international customers, clients, and business counterparts. In my 12 years of tenure in this industry, I have been into roles not only as a front line customer service rep (taking inbound/outbound calls), but also as an email/chat support specialist, sales resolutions specialist, and order/project manager. Being on various roles with my work experiences, I am already proficient in using MS Office Applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. I am also used in utilizing tools with Web based and DOS based platforms. I am an internet savvy person and is keen to research and data analysis.
