Hello. I am a Mortgage Loan Consultant in the US. I need a Virtual Assistant to help me on an ongoing basis with my Mortgage sales practice. Types of tasks/duties include, inputting contacts into Salesforce, data entry into excel, reviewing financial documents, organizing files in dropbox, loan processing, creating marketing campaigns, and various other administrative tasks. I am looking for someone within 3 hours of the pacific time zone. Candidate must be very detailed orientated, speaks/writes in English without many errors/problems, can work off of a schedule, and takes client security very seriously.
