Be efficient in communication: answer their questions, understand what they need. 2. Keep to to date. Communicate regularly with your team leader as well as customer to resolve any issue or hurdles. 3. Always be polite with them, even if they are angry, talk to them politely and understand their problem, this will calm the customer. 4. Keep computer records and log information up to date in order to keep track of activity of company as well as customer.
