We do 360 reviews of our staff and we have developed a series of questions that need to be answered. A previous company has rolled this out for us in the past by using survey monkey and then collating the results for us on a spreadsheet. The following is what is required: - build the survey on whatever platform you think is best that will allow you to collate results easily. - send the survey out to our team. 6 team members will answer the survey for an individual in our organisation - We have 45 to 50 team members - Some team members will receive 25 surveys to fill out for 25 different team members. - Collate the survey responses. Each questions has a score between 1 to 5 and a section for comments I am able to send through previous reports for you to see and the latest cultural values that we are reviewing for each individual including myself
