Excel workbook with Erlang-C algorithms

II need to have an Excel workbook updated to the present capabilities of Excel. Te workbook has not been updated since 2011. I do call center consulting and I use the excel workbook to estimate the number of agents required to handle a specific number of calls at a specified rate of service. The workbook contains Erlang-c algorithm, macros, and user defined functions that can be inserted into cells in a worksheet in the same workbook. I also need the ability to embed these functions into a website. The main Function I need to work is EC_Agents(number of calls, Average Call Length in Seconds,After Call Wrap Time, Percent calls answered target, service target) This is an erlang C calculation. The function does the math when I select the cells for inputs. When you insert the function it works like any other function EC_Agents(cell for call volume, cell for call length, cell for wrap-up time, cell for percent calls answered, cell for service target) In a call center the service rate objective is defined the percent of the incoming calls that must be answered with X seconds The phone system in a call center has lines for all of the agents and queue positions that calls wait in when all of the agents ae on calls. the phone system tracks how long the calls wait in the queue. The objective is to have the agents answer the calls in queue calls quickly .So if the target is to answer 90% of the total calls within 20 seconds or less the algorithm calculates the number of agents you need to answer the calls quickly.
