JOB OVERVIEW About This Job: Ideal candidate for this position is someone who is a strong independent employee, able to work with little supervision. Position will be responsible for a variety of admin tasks in the accounting department. Roles & Responsibilities: G-Suite familiarity Excel proficiency Decent typing skills Inquisitive mind and desire to learn A personal laptop is desired Requirements & Qualifications: This position will mostly be reconciling credit cards, light bookkeeping in Quickbooks online, drafting emails, organizing/tracking things in excel/google sheets, organizing electronic files and light online Skills required: • Office & Admin (Virtual Assistant) - Admin Assistant - Data Entry - Email Management - Excel - Personal Assistant • English - Writing • Finance & Management - Accounting - Bookkeeping - Quickbooks

I am a professional accountant. I have worked in this field for the past 7 years. I used to work as a remote accounts manager in my previous job. I have learned to be independant and manage the tasks on my own. I do have an inner love for learning which has enabled me to learn fast when I get into a new job. I am highly skilled in working with Excel and its features, and have experience in working with Quickbooks. Personal laptop requirement will also be met. I have 2 laptops I use for my work.
