I am a native English speaker located in Australia, and have studied English at a tertiary level resulting in excellent written and verbal communication skills.
I have experience with handling emails, using basic software and Microsoft suite, and over-the-phone communication. I've also had experience in basic administration duties and I have almost constant access to an internet connection and computer.
I have an infectiously positive outlook, and a passion for literature, reading and writing, so I know I can help motivate authors to push through and finish their pieces!
