I need to reconcile a construction project for a new house. We have approximately 100 invoices and receipts for approximately $60,000.00. These will be scanned and sent to you in PDF format I want the receipts listed with the following columns: -date -invoice number -store or company items purchased form -name of material purchased (example - sheets of plywood) -quantities purchased (example - 40 for the plywood sheets) -cost per item if available (some items will only be totals, if the cost each is not available leave cell blank) -Total cost for each item (if there are more than one item - example, plywood and nails) list separately -Total for each individual invoice before tax -line each for PST and GST (two taxes in Canada - they must be separate) -total for each invoice - total of all invoices This is a small data entry project and should not take long. Please bid your cost and time to deliver - allow for revisions (revisions will only be simple corrections for formatting if we feel the data is not in the format we need - I do not expect this to be a big issue)
