Hi, 1) Conditional Formulas can be brought to your sheet by IF statements. 2) Color changes can be done based on cell values via Condtional Formatting. 3) Drop down selection can be given in each cell using Data Validation option. I also went through your Excel sheet and Word Doc. I have some doubts in case I get this project- There are some confusions I found in your Word Doc. Initially you say that you want < Column B, C, L, M, N = CANC when Column O is filled with CANC>, but just after that in the next line you mention - <Column B Column B = Column P Column B = Column Q if Column O have date>. This tells 3 changes in column B. Do we need to combine all these 3? Is it the same for other columns as well?
