I am writing to apply for the this proyect my bachelor’s degree in Computer EngineeringTechnology and 9 years of experience as a IT Helpdesk / Specialist by ensuring the correct functioning of the software by trought different test cases makes me a solid candidate for job.
My biggest professional experience is based on trying different test scenarios to avoid that our client interno o externo is affected with any inconvenience, which includes knowing most of the windows error messages to determine with more precision the root of the problem. It has been part of my personal values to give a good service to the user. I currently work in the area of systems development but always with the willingness to serve the user to give a good image to the IT area.
Here are my most relevant skills and achievements:
Computer Engineering from the National University of Engineering.
Certification of the correct process of different modules among them: accounting, administration, cash and bank services to ensure the quality and good functioning in 3 different branches delivering documented procedures with the different steps to follow.
SQL reports in human resources system and administration through queries in SQL.
Tracking of incidents reported by users and assistance until the conclusion of them.
