Admin Assitant

Please read first! I am looking for a virtual assistant that can follow and submit a daily checklist. This is 3 hours of work, 5 days a week and may turn into more in the future. The work hours are 10am-1pm PST in Washington State, USA. Must be able to follow directions and completely finish tasks. The tasks we need accomplished may include: Check schedule variance report & report time differences Complete Indeed rejections only Monitor to see if team members are on site/logged in to shifts Monitor chat lines Give access to locations as needed Clock team members in and out as needed Use our team app on a computer and cell phone Check problem reports and record/respond accordingly Check client messages Time corrections Absence tracking Send new hire email/introduction Send new hire paperwork via EverSign Add new hires to ADP payroll company Create new hire employee files Upload new hire documents to employee files Create Indeed ads as needed Send Indeed messages Data recording of applicants
