Summary: CEO and founder of a spa startup who works from home/co-working space - is looking for a Personal Assistant. Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, ability to anticipate needs, work independently and prioritize workload are required. High level of professionalism, positive attitude and confidentiality is crucial to this role. This luxury spa - on-demand is committed to providing first class service and premiere pampering delivered to our clients location; this includes: corporate, hospitality and women's wellness clients. Spa Utopia's goal is to provide "Experience without the Travel" for our clients, meaning we bring the spa to them! This position offers great compensation and work-life balance; as well as, the ability to work from home most days. Responsibilities: Management of calendar, event and travel coordination Assistance with social media posts **Assistance with spa operations - coordination, appointments, marketing Personal errands and support/home office assistance **Business follow up calls & client support Additional duties as needed Requirements: BA degree and/ or college classes (Business Admin./Marketing or English major preferred - not required) 2-3 years of experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with social media platforms: IG, FB, Twitter, (Constant Contact/Mailchimp/ WordPress/ blogs preferred) Customer support/service experience Event coordination support Professionalism, adaptable and self-starter with a positive attitude. Technical: Google Suite/ Google Slides, Microsoft Suite/PowerPoint
