We're looking for a financial administration assistant to process business finance applications and mortgages for a rapidly growing brokerage. The perfect person will be able to confidently; - Understand lender requirements from their communications (email, web portal or phone) - Access a variety of web portals and use our in-house systems (Goggle Drive, BaseCamp & Hubspot) - Communicate with customers so they are informed of the process and know what information we need from them (Phone, BaseCamp and Email) - Assess financial and credit information received to ensure it will fit the finance providers requirements Some experience in a financial situation would definitely help, it's unlikely to be in a similar business so mortgage or banking administration and processing would be ideal Looking for a flexible, part time position around 10 hours per week initially but to potentially increase. **As communication with lenders and customers is key you will need to be a native English speaker or 100% fluent as some of the terms used will not be commonly taught in English as a Foreign Language.**

Hello! I've previously worked in the mortgage industry as a Loan Processing Assistant. I mainly worked with builder docs, but I also have experience in pipeline work, credit reports/documents, and a ton of customer service experience. I genuinely enjoy working in this field, and because of that, I feel I would be the best person for this position. Training would be minimal, as I've previously worked in this field, and I'm an incredibly fast learner - so anything I don't know, I'll pick up on quick. I would love to talk more in chat.
