I am looking for someone who can create an aggregator system for the uk market.

The system would give registered users access to their debit/credit card transaction history in the first place.

In the second place we would require the system to auto-check where the member has used their card.

When a user uses a registered merchants business the business provides a rebate to the user.

In every instance where this occurs a secondary rebate is paid to another account.
