Hi, I have understood your requirements. Since you need a desktop application for all the 3 OS including Windows, Mac and Linux there will be different codebase if using c#. I suggest the application can be developed in C++ which can be used across all the OS. I would like to know about your project to comment further. Do contact me for budget discussion.

Hi, I can write your desktop application in C# Cross platform using .Net 6 (Core). I can test app in for intel platform Windows and android. But I have no macbook etc., because of this you should help to test app in macos. I can not write app in Arm platform (macbook m1 etc.)

hi I'm not in deep with your project but If you want to pay once and have app working perfectly on three platform , I recommend to use C++ and Qt framework . with that one code base can be used also there is more security and performance. if interested in Qt, contact me: @adjexpress
