Requirements; --You must be able to understand and keep logic relations throughout the document. --you must be able to write in fluent and clear English. -- Broken sentences, major grammatical errors, and spelling mistakes are NOT acceptable. -- You must be able to communicate on the web via hangouts/freelancer video and discuss details. (You must have a headset with a microphone.) --you will need to be able to read multiple sources and merge the logic into one. (Multiple samples) --must be able to hangouts/freelancer and convert/translate the discussion details into procedures and workflows. Additional: + If you have casino operations experience, casino cage, vault operations, surveillance, that is a plus. You may have a copy of your old casino SOP that is a good start, since the base of all these are similar. But we do not want just a copy of it. + If you have written SOP for army that is a plus. + If you have written SOP for medical or food processing that is a plus. + if you can create full workflow before writing the SOP text that is a plus. A standard operating procedure, or SOP, is a set of step-by-step instructions created by a business to help workers carry out routine operations. Their purpose is to achieve efficiency, quality output and uniformity of performance, while reducing miscommunication and failure to comply to industry regulations. The U.S. military sometimes uses the term standing – rather than standard – operating procedure, because a military SOP refers to a unit's unique procedures, which are not necessarily standard to another unit. You can start with writing workflows then convert them to SOPs in detail if you prefer. (This is easier for some people, esp engineering background) This is a full SOP for a casino operations. It will include -floor/live operations -slots operations -cage and vault operations -member/customer relations operations -surveillance operations -security operations -cleaning and other support operations We will supply few different existing SOPs for various other casino operations. Which are in general based on the same principles. This work can follow up with more copy writing for other documents, web site, wiki, help files etc. (extra income) all depends on your discipline and quality of output. there will be milestones and payments accordingly.
