Hi Andrzej ! I can help you. I need more information to determine the budget and specs of your patent / IP. I have filed 10 patents - some of them are my own in the last 3-4 years. All of them are technical. I have 3 patents currently in the PCT stage and have done all the budget projections by country for their national phases. I have a very good patent attorney with over 40 years' experience at very affordable rates. I have filed both in the UK, EU & Switzerland (assisted) and my chosen patent attorney is by far the best I have used - and very affordable. So Andrzej, please contact me to discuss. It is not clear what your budget is meant to cover - how many countries? This is the deciding factor on filing costs. I have all the costs for +- 18 countries / jurisdictions. It will be +- $60 - 70 k. This figure excludes my commission and Freelancer's commission. So, a discussion is needed. It is also a multi-stage process and there are a number of decisions to be made before making a snap decision on this.
