We need a recruitment and Human Resources expert to write the terms and services document and a freelances recruiters contract for a local recruitment HR company.

The 1st Document: Terms of Services

1) The document will be based on two competitors documents that we will provide to combine them with some changes.

2) This document will be sent to clients to be sign.

3) The free lance will write the document based on the competitors documents taking into consideration the company we are writing for and according to the website which will be provided.

The 2nd Document: Freelance Recruiting Consultants Contract.

1) The document will be written based on the Freelancer experience.

2) This document will be provided to Freelance Recruiting Consultants who will be working with the company, it will be contact/agreement the will define the nature of the work relationship between the two parties.

3) It should contain all the necessary info to protect the company and insure the Freelance Recruiting Consultants rights, like legal, financial, security and moral.

General:

All the documents should have the company logo and footer info.

The document should be provided in the two forms, PDF and MS Word.

Only expert Freelancers in Recruitment & HR will be chosen.
