I am the founder of a business called Apollo Media, I am in need of a contract being written for a modeling agency, there are some intricacies that need to be covered that I cannot simply grab a template contract.

I need A contract written that goes over the standard employment agreement, but also covers our right to own all of the models social media presence, to be able to adjust and make changes to their personal brand. On top of that I need the contract to state that should the model break the contract, Apollo Media still retains all legal right to the models name and all of the social media and revenue that the personal brand accumulates, should the model want these back they will have to buy them back for a fixed fee.

I also want to add that the contract should have a no compete clause, whereby if the models decide to leave the agency to start their own rival company/join a rival company having learned trade secrets, we reserve the right to sue.

I need a segment added whereby any revenue made on OnlyFans goes to Apollo Media and the Apollo Media will pay you out a certain percentage depending on the revenue earned that week.

I would like to add that we own all image rights to the models, if the model should want to seek out other adult modeling work or any modeling appearances, we would own these earnings, and give a certain percentage back from the payout.

If there are any other mandatory clauses I have missed that are required in this line of work please add them.
