If hired, your compensation will be PhP 31,000 per month (depending on experience and performance). You will work from home, covering Australian and Asian hours, (6 AM to 12 noon Manila Time).
• Make discovery phone calls: Reach out to new signups, gather information, and persuade them to sign up for a demo.
• Answer customer support questions.
• Write content for blog, social, email, and more.
• Background in architecture, interior design, or both
• Near-flawless English speaking and writing skills
• Experience with customer support and sales
The ideal candidate enjoys engaging and speaking on the phone with customers. They are persuasive, can communicate with authenticity, be artistically rebellious, and fun.
You must be a self-starter and a problem-solver. You must be aware of our overall goals and how our day-to-day tasks relate to achieving those goals. This means we don't just expect you to follow rules and check tasks off your list: We expect you to actively contribute ideas, come up with better ways to do things, and constantly evaluate our efforts.
