I have a product in the home and kitchen category that I would like to patent. I need some help with drawings and file the patent. When applying, please list all fees that will be incurred in the process, be it your fees and official government fees.

Hi, I'm a California based registered patent and trademark attorney and I've worked with my clients with their U.S. and foreign patent and trademark applications for over 20 years. I am also able to help you with any other questions you may have in the intellectual priority area including non-disclosure / confidentiality agreements and employee assignments of inventions as well as any other IP related matters. My bid is for one draft of a provisional patent application with drawings up to 20 pages in length. Official filing fees are extra and paid directly to the patent office. I can certainly prepare support you with US prep and filing, but I suggest inquiring for a Canadian licensed attorney if you are looking to file in Canada first.
