Hello , I am an experienced .net developer. My Understanding : You need a web service SOAP to Upload files. The web service authenticates the client with a password. Client will consume the webservice only if the password matches. Client is vb.net windows form - with TextBox (password) , Login button to authenticate and Upload button with file upload control to upload the file on server. Thanks, Vikas
