We have a wireless Smart Meter that is Connected to a Collector Device. The Collector uses SIM Card to connect to any Server with Public IP and send the measurements (we have the Server source code in C#). Then, through a client software, we can access the server and retrieve the Smart meter measurements (we have the client source code in C#). We need to test the Server and Client codes through a Public IP. Then, we need to generate a simple website to read the Smart meter measurements and display them in a graph. ((((If you are strong in C# Client/Server tcp/ip development and has a public IP, you can apply for this project.))))
