Route management and elevation profile (GPX) -- 2

We organize sporting events. We are currently acquiring some tracking devices for online tracking of our brokers. I would like to have a "route manager" Web for our events. 1. ADMINISTRATOR MODE In this section the system should: 1.1. Import a route (kml or gpx) and display it on a map. 1.2. Generate the elevation profile based on point (1.1). It is suggested to generate it in SVG 1.3. From the map, give the possibility to the user to create POINTS OF INTEREST. The information of each point of interest is composed of: 1.3.1- Name of the point of interest. 1.3.2. Distance from the exit (calculated automatically) 1.3.3. Altitude (calculated automatically) 1.3.4. Distance from the previous Point of Interest, if applicable (Calculated automatically) 1.3.5. Elevation earned from the start (calculated automatically) 1.3.6. Elevation earned from the previous Interest Point, if applicable (Calculated automatically) 1.3.7. First. It is a date / time field loaded by the user where the estimated date / time of arrival of the first runner is indicated. 1.3.8. Latest. It is a date / time field loaded by the user where the estimated date / time of arrival of the last runner is indicated. 1.3.9. Cut: It is a date / time field loaded by the user where the maximum time it may take to reach this point of interest is indicated. 1.4. The point of interest created in (1.3) can be updated or eliminated. 1.5. The point of interest created in (1.3) must be shown in the elevation profile generated in (1.2). An icon and the name of the point of interest must be placed (1.3.1). 1.6. With (1.5) completed, the user when clicking on a point of interest on the elevation profile must show detailed information of that point of interest. Ver archivos "PAS [login to view URL]" 2. VISITING MODE In this section, a person visualizes the general state of the race. 2.1 Create a start page and show all elevation profiles displayed in (1.5). View file "General state of the course - General Graph [login to view URL]" 2.1.1. It should show the number of runners that are in each section of the route. 3. DETAIL OF THE ROUTE In this section, a person obtains general information about the route. 3.1 The result of (1.6) must be shown Required skills. - Asp.NET MVC C# 4.5 - SQL Server - HTML 5 - Jquery - CSS3 The source code must be delivered at the end of the project.
