Proof of Concept - Moip payments (Dot Net Core)

Hello developers, I would like to hire a DotNet Core 2.1 developer to implement a console application that encapsulates the functionalities specified in the attached specification. Please develop the console application to enable payments (and partial and total reversal transactions) with creditcard. The console application should also enable payments with Boleto as funding instrument (Boleto is a Brazilian payment method which consists of a numeric sequence, together with some complementary payment data, and also a PDF representation of the Boleto), so you should get this numeric sequence + the complementary payment data + the generated PDF (or URL from which you can download the PDF). and the console application should also enable payments with bank account debits, which several Brazilian banks provide, so bank account debit is also a funding instrument. Expected deliverable: Visual Studio 2017 solution with project(s) in targeting DotNet Core 2.1 or DotNet Standard 2.0. Provided: a VM with everything you need to start developing this task. Visual Studio 2017 with DOtNet Core 2.1 SDK is installed. I would like the development to be done inside this VM.
