We need an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software made with C#/WPF (A library like "Iron OCR", may be used) that can continuously read and recognize, specific characters or text when it appears on a certain area of the screen (LIVE FEED).

This is just the first part of the software, there will be more work for further development.

Please do not bid if you exceed the budget of a 100$.
