I have gone through your requirements carefully and I can suggest you that you need a windows application to get the desired features. 1) For blocking and unblocking websites we need to manipulate the hosts file. 2) For USB enable disable we need to manipulate the registry. 3) For printer enable disable we need to play with kernel objects present in c#. Note: All this can be achieved if we run the application in administrative mode. Through a GUI you can either enable or disable the features. Either from one GUI or from 3 different GUI. We have to also indicate the present state of the computer i.e. what is the status whether it is enabled or disabled.
