Fix our Sharepoint Asset library- metadata not showing

We have a Sharepoint asset library built within our sharepoint site which we want to use as our media catalogue. for some reason the asset library has stopped picking up the metadata and a few people have looked and cannot see why. this means we arent able to catalogue our images (and makes the library useless). We need someone to fix this for us or to install a new one so we can start again (if really needed). This job is a for a charity that relies on volunteers and pro bono support as crucial funds are used to support street children in nepal so looking for a really reasonable rate (but please only people that have the technical knowledge to do this, as we've had this pending for a while but none of our volunteers have had enough technical knowledge of Sharepoint to help us and we are really getting stuck now. thank in advance everyone'
