Hi, I can do this for you in 1-2 days as it's just parsing the HL7 file and populating data to a CSV file. I already have these solutions as demo which you can purchase directly if you wish to. Apart from that I have few other demos on working with Dicom files and hosting Pacs server which might gain your interest. Thanks
