Develop send bulk sms API which is agnostic of the provider currently it should support following providers 1 localsms 2 bulksms It should work on .net core integration test for the API's are must Here is technical specification 1 Should be developed in C# and target platform should be in .net core 2 Should be Class library (dll) project 3 API should work with be any provider. Support for following provider is must localsms bulksms 4 Following two API's needs to be developed sendsms api from to textcontent - actual message attachment - it will be null sendsms with schedule from to textcontent - actual message attachment - it will be null schedule - schedule for sending sms
