Build a Ninjatrader 8 Strategy

I would like for a strategy for me to be built that will use existing Ninjatrader indicators to enter & exit a trade. The strategy will use a custom data series (Ninzarenko) and heiken ashi and volume delta indicator (Ninza Volume Delta). It will need to identify a heiken ashi chart pattern (Doji) and if next bar after closes up, then enter a long trade providing volume delta is showing imbalance to the upside. Vice versa for short. The strategy will need to show buttons to toggle strategy on/off. To look for longs (on/off)or shorts (on/off). It will also need to accept input parameters such as number of contracts, stop loss and target. Also 2 x trading times (sessions) strategy will be active (when left on). I can produce a video of the requirements but above is a fair description of requirements.
