Wireless sensor network " enhacement of sensor node buffer storage and management"

Currently am working on Buffer management of the sensor node, as we know, when a sensor node receives a chunk of traffics from multiple sources, the node becomes overflow as a result of packet drop. To avoid this problem, we need to manage and divide the buffer into three queues and insert each packet type into its corresponding queue. Thereafter, we select the important packets as high priority and less important and normal packets as low priority in the basis of which packet to store or transmit first from the queue. Therefore, i need the improvement of the paper as attached. Besides someone who has got strong programing skill or have background knowledge for network simulation tools such as NS2, NS3, OMNET++ or MATLAB.
