I am looking for a software solution to encrypt video files for safe distribution. Video files will be played offline from users computer. Subscriber's account can be created online from a control panel. anti screen recording feature/ hardware binding / time validity is must.

Hi Understood your requirement and can be developed but with few exceptions like nobody can stop a person to record the video using Mobile Camera. Well what max can be developed is that encrypted video gets played by the authentic user only and on authentic platform/system only but nobody can stop the copying of the video via mobile camera. If you are okay with this then we can go ahead but costing and timelines will vary. I am a Delhi based developer and have a prior experience of such stuff
