Quiz game in C (WinApi)

I am looking for a person to programm a simple quiz game for Windows computers. The game consists of 5 questions with 4 answer possibilities and should have some score balance at the end. The answers should be selected by mouse click. A pretty interface of the game is not necessary (simple logo that i uploaded and meaby colour for the right answer or similar to the "who wants to be a millionaire" game on TV). There have to be an option to inport scores to .txt file I need comments so i know for what the fragments of the code are for (that part is doing this and that i doing that) I'm gonna use CodeBlocks to launch it. And most important thing IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE NON-SKILLED PERSON DID IT!
