We would like to Create a medical RAW image viewer using c# and able to convert that image to DICOM Format file

then send to storage in PACS server

Here is attachment file an instance of a RAW file

Our Requirement are :
1- Viewer the RAW image and Convert to DICOM fomated Image
2- Send the DiCOM Image to PACS

Anyone want to make bid Convert RAW file has been attached to an image formatted like jpeg or Bmp

Hi I was thinking that raw file should be renamed to dcm and parsed and then the image should be attached here but I debugged the byte array and found many 85 and 4 values and no DICM prefix at 128 index. Are you sure Zaidi
