Hello, my name is Yakov. I am experienced .Net developer (more than 10 years with platform) Can create wrapper for this project, as .Net platform and existing libraries contains all what we need. Relevant Skills and Experience Have basic knowledge of cryptography and security practices. Proposed Milestones R$800 BRL - Created wrapper library, GUI app to test it and unit tests (tests will be provided in 2nd milestone) R$600 BRL - Results accepted. All sources provided. Bugs fixed. As I understand your library must test consumer IP. Because of many reasons you can't get it only locally - you need to use external internet service. How you see this part of API?
