intruder system using pic or arduino

Ive built simillar systems in the past. and have a few options as to how we could send sms also. for sending sms we will either have to use a micro-controller with iot( wifi) to connect to the internet and use a 3rd party api to do so or alternatively use a sim 800 hardware to send sms by connecting it directly to the arduino. text me so that we can discuss further
