I would Like to read informataion from my Landis+Gyr smart meter to a web server using Arduino or Raspberry Pi and DLMS COSEM. The scope of this project will include writing the program to read Energy consumption from smart meter. Send the read information over the internet to a remote server. The program should be able to receive remote command from the Web server to get instataneous reading.

I'm familiar with modules and shields.I can write application that fit your requirement. to send data to the server we can use GET Method, to read information we can use XML communication. but i have some question : - do you have web developer? - do your server accept non secure communication (HTTP not HTTPS) ? - do you planed to read from server? please send me more details about your project.
