Must be written and delivered in the Perl Programming language that will target a CGI-BIN. You can also make use of C or C++ using the gnu g++ or gcc compiler to implement API calls if necessary, however, I would need the source code of any additional such programs. A. Description: I need a PERL program that logs into my Coinbase account and then transmits payments of various currencies to other recipients. B. Inputs: 1. Coinbase account login information 2. Recipients coinbase account information or email address 3. The type of currency to send (i.e. from what wallet) 4. The amount of that currency to send. If required you could use GNU C/C++ but it must compile in Linux AND I would need the source code to any such program. I would prefer that you create the API using low level PERL and just give me the Perl Code. That's it. Plain and simple.

Dear Hiring Manager, As far the requirement goes, need to create 2 APIs, one for login/authentication and the second one for making the payment. This requires some bit of testing for each of the API.
