Hi, the amount of money and time to deliver is just an estimation because there is not enough information in the description. Since 3 years I’m C/C++ software developer in a software security company. More specifically working in software solutions that prevents the exploit execution. Before this I achieved mi engineering degree also working in projects around binary exploitation. So, if you give me some more details, maybe we can agree in a better time/money rate. I think I have enough knowledge to develop this project.
