The project is about developing an Arduino based AC motor control. In a previous project I have tried to use the Arduino to generate a PWM signal, that is later on filtered and amplified to generate a proper sine wave, that can be altered by frequency and amplitude to control a motor. Unfortunately with the current code it turned out, that the Arduino is not able to generate a stable sine, that will keep frequency and amplitude on a constant level over a longer amount of time - for several hours, but ideally as long as the Arduino is powered up. In a first step the given code shall be reviewed and optimized, to keep the PWM/sine signal stable. If necessary a new approach has to be found (based on the Arduino). The project will require availability of at least an oscilloscope, multimeter and an Arduino Uno board.

Frequency of the signal generated by Arduino should be enough stable. If you need a stable amplitude - I would propose to use a feedback (voltage measurement) to adjust it. But Arduino's built-in ADC has a very low precision, so external ADC may be necessary. I have all equipment that is necessary for prototyping and testing I work with Arduino since 2010 and have more than 20 years of experience in programming and electronics.
